Vendors must pay to reserve an area to sell their products. Vendors can negotiate terms of payment for multiple events. Contracts will be provided and agreed upon prior to payments.
Vendors who wish to sell food, apparel, or any other item of cost, at the event must pay $500 to Iron Will Boxing. However, they are not allowed to sell the same items that are sold by the host. Vendors will receive a table and a business banner. Payments will be made to www.paypal.me/ironwillboxing. Payments must be made 30 days prior to the event or sooner to ensure that all items are received in a timely manner. Vendors will also be advertised on promotional items and during the event.
TYPES OF SPONSORSHIPS
Organizations or individuals who give donations towards the event will be mentioned on the website, during the intermission and will receive some Iron Will Gear via mail.
Sponsor will receive 10 tickets to our event, advertisement of company or organization on promotional materials and advertisements during the event breaks and intermission. Sponsor will also receive a package of Iron Will Boxing Apparel via mail.
Sponsorship goes towards - (Trophies and Boxing Supplies for the Event)
Sponsor will receive 15 tickets to our event, advertisement of company or organization on all promotional materials and advertisements during the event breaks and intermission. Sponsor will also receive 3 packages of Iron Will Boxing Apparel via mail.
Sponsorship goes towards - (Boxing Ring, Equipment and Competition Gear)
Sponsor will receive 20 tickets to the event, receive V.I.P. seating and parking, receive 5 packages of Iron Will Boxing Apparel via mail, have company or organization listed on all media and be advertised during breaks and intermissions.
Sponsorship goes towards - (Venue, Tent, tables, chairs, and concessions)
Sponsors can provide their own banners and or advertisement material to use at the event. Sponsors can sell their products in the area designated for them at the event. The deadline for sponsorships is October 1, 2019.
